It’s 1,5km long, from Dai Co Viet road, passing Polytechnic University to Dai La street. This is new street named in July, 2007.
Tran Dai Nghia (1913 – 1997), real name is Pham Quang Le, born in Vinh Long province. He was a scientist, military engineer, and father of the defense industry of Vietnam. He was a Major-General and an Academician. He was awarded the Order of Ho Chi Minh and named a Hero of Labor. He was elected as an Academician to the former USSR Academy of Sciences.
