Ton That Tung (1912 – 1982), born in Hue. He is a well-known doctor in Vietnam and the world in the field of hepatics and hepatics surgery. He was awarded the title of Hero of Labor, Academician of Medical Soviets Academy. He is also a professor, trained many generations of talented doctors of Hanoi Medical University. He also served as Deputy Minister of Health.
