It’s 730m long, from Xa Dan to junction Chua Boc – Ton That Tung, runs between two dormitory areas Kim Lien – Trung Tu. This new name was given in 1995.
Pham Ngoc Thach (1909 – 1968), born in Quang Nam. He was a Vietnamese doctor, Professor of Medicine. He was the State of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam posthumously awarded the Ho Chi Minh Award in 1997 for contributions in the field of science.
