It’s 800m long, from Nguyen Chi Thanh street, runs along eastern shore of Ngoc Khanh lake to Cong Chenh park, nearby Nguyen Chi Thanh street. This new name was given in July, 2001.
Pham Huy Thong (1916 – 1988), born in Hung Yen province. He was not only a poet, educator, and social scientists, but also a Vietnamese activist, revolutionary. He held many important positions of the Government.
