It’s 5,7km long, from junction of Cau Chui – Gia Lam, runs on National Route 5 to junction of National Route 1B. This new name was given in January, 2002.
Nguyen Van Linh (1915 – 1998), real name is Nguyen Van Cuc, born in Hung Yen province. He was a Vietnamese revolutionary and politician. He was the general secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam from 1986 to 1991 and a political leader of the Vietcong during the Vietnam War. During his time in office, Linh was a strong advocate of "Doi Moi" (renovation), an economic plan whose aim is to turn Vietnam economy to a socialist-oriented market economy.
