It’s 700m long, from Hoang Quoc Viet road to Nguyen Khanh Toan street. Vietnam Museum of Ethnology is located on this street. This new name was given in January, 1998.
Nguyen Van Huyen (1908 – 1975), born in Hoai Duc district, Hanoi. He is Doctor of Literature, Bachelor of Laws, Professor of History. He had been Director of Bac Co French School of the Far East. He also held many important positions of the Government.
