It’s 600m long, from the downhill of Duong river’s dike, passing Giang Bien residential area to junction crossing with Viet Hung new urban area’s way. This is new street named in July, 2010.
Nguyen Van Huong (1906 – 1998), real name is Nguyen Thanh Tam, born in An Giang province. He had studied medicine in France. Then, he came back and worked as a doctor in period of Vietnamese resistance against the French. He is Professor, Doctor microbiology and medicine. He had been Minister of Health, and held many other important positions.
