It’s 1,4km long, from Dich Vong bridge, nearby Nghia Do park, to Tran Dang Ninh street. This is new street named in August, 2005.
Nguyen Khanh Toan (1905 – 1993), born in Nghe An. He was a communist of Vietnam. He held many important positions of the Government.
