Hanoi People’s Committee has issued the official document to choose the investors for the project “A showroom to introduce, exchange ceramic products and attached services” at Bat Trang village, Gia Lam, Hanoi.
According to official letter, the project “A showroom to introduce, exchange ceramic products and attached services” at Bat Trang village proposed by Van Xuan Ceramics Joint Stock Company was accepted. This is a new project including 2 land areas. The first land is “Exhibition hall of Giang Cao ceramic products, combined with restaurants, guesthouses and car park” covering an area of 3,41 ha, while the second one is of Bat Trang ceramic products in 1,752 ha. Total investment is expected to nearly 116 billion, within 4 years of execution (from 2015 to 2018).
The project aims at specify oriented socio-economic development, promote production of high-quality ceramics, actively expand the market, create product brands with culture ethos, and build 2 exhibition halls, a highlight of architecture in harmony with the new rural surroundings.
