Ly Thai To (974 – 1028), birth name Ly Cong Uan, born in Bac Ninh province. He was Dai Viet Emperor and was the founder of the Later Ly Dynasty. In 1010, he moved the capital from Hoa Lu to Dai La (Thang Long).
