It’s 400m long, from highway 3, passing residential area, Soc Son kindergarten and Soc Son secondary school. This is new street named in June, 2008.
Luu Nhan Chu (? – 1433), born in Thai Nguyen province. He is one of the excellent generals of Le Loi. After Le Loi’s winning, he was a mandarin under Later Le Dynasty.
