It’s 1km long, from Bach Mai street, at the intersection with Thanh Nhan, passing Polytechnic University, to Giai Phong road. This is new street named in January, 2002.
Le Thanh Nghi (1911 – 1989) real name is Nguyen Khac Xuong, born in Gia Loc district, Hai Duong province. He was a patriot, a communist of Vietnam. He held many important positions of the Government.
