It’s 685m long, from Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc square, runs along the western shore of Hoan Kiem lake to Ba Trieu – Trang Thi street, passing New Hanoi editorial office.
Le Thai To (1385 – 1433) or Le Loi, born in Lam Son – Tho Xuan district, Thanh Hoa province nowadays. He was the leader of Lam Son insurgents. After his winning, he reigned as Emperor Le Thai To, founded the Later Le Dynasty.
