Le Phung Hieu (in XI century) born in Thanh Hoa province. He was a talent general under Ly Dynasty, served the Ly Thai To and Ly Thai Tong King. The revoilt of three feudatories was beaten up by Le Phung Hieu. He helped Ly Thai Tong come to the throne successfully.
