It’s 500m long, from Hoang Quoc Viet, passing Military University of Science and Technology’s dormitory, to junction of Sao Mai electronic company. This is new street named in February, 2003.
Hoang Sam (1915 – 1968), born in Le Son village, Tuyen Hoa district, Quang Binh province. His real name is Tran Van Ky. He was Major General of the Vietnam People's Army.
