It’s 1,13 km long, from intersection connecting to Nguyen Tuan street, passing new urban area, to Tran Duy Hung road. This is new street named in August, 2005.
Hoang Minh Giam (1904 – 1995), born in Dong Ngac commune, Tu Liem district, Hanoi, Vietnam. He is a Vietnamese diplomatist and also held many important positions of the Government and Vietnam National Assembly.
