It’s 165m long, from Hai Ba Trung to Ly Thuong Kiet street. There is nobody living on Hoa Lo street. One side is Courthouse and the other is Central Prison (Maison Centrale) built by French in 1899.
This prison is also called Hoa Lo prison. Nowadays, this ranked relic becomes museum.
