It’s 550m long, from Yen Hoa (junction of Trung Kinh) to the next junction in Yen Hoa village, old Tu Liem district, Cau Giay district nowadays. This is new street named in July, 1999.
Hoa Bang is the pen name of writer Hoang Thuc Tram (1902 – 1997), born in Yen Hoa village. He has many valued researches.
