US newspaper described Hanoi as the enchanting capital of Vietnam which makes strongly impression with Old Quarter, ancient pagodas and temples, crowded streets, the diversity of culture… Southeast Asia has only two representatives in this list: Hanoi (Vietnam) and Siem Reap (Cambodia).
