It’s 700m long, from Le Duc Tho road, passing New Urban Area of My Dinh I, II, until the B2 building of New Urban Area of My Dinh I. This is new street named in August, 2009.
Ham Nghi (1870 – 1943) was the eighth Emperor of the Vietnamese Nguyễn Dynasty.
