It’s 150m long, starts from Nguyen Thien Thuat street to Dong Xuan street. It’s nearby Dong Xuan market. It was built when the market was rebuilt in 1991.
In the past, there was a bridge over the To river and the market was at the bridge head so it was named Cau Dong (the Eastern Bridge). Under the French invasion, the river was filled up, 2 markets of Cau Dong and Bach Ma were joined and named Dong Xuan market.
