Full Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi (D)
Welcome up on arrival by local tour guide and driver, then we transfer to hotel. Check-in and relax for the rest of the day. Tonight, we enjoy our welcome dinner at a fine local restaurant in town. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 2: Hanoi – City tour (B, L, D)
At 8h00, we meet the tour guide and driver again and start our city tour today. We visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ba Dinh Square, The Presidential Palace, His House on Stilt, and The One Pillar Pagoda.
After that, we visit the Temple of Literature and stop for our lunch.
In the afternoon, we visit Al – Noor Masjid Mosque Hanoi and Dong Xuan market. The rest of the afternoon, we are free for shopping. Before our dinner, we enjoy the Water Puppet show and relax at the hotel. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 3: Hanoi – Hoa Lu, Tam Coc (B, L, D)
The Tam Coc - Bich Dong is a popular tourist destination in the North of Vietnam, nearby the city of Ninh Binh. Tam Coc means three caves which is along the Ngo Dong River which begins at the village of Van Lam and proceeds through a scenic landscape dominated by rice fields and karst towers. The route includes floating through three natural caves (Hang Ca, Hang Hai, and Hang Ba), the largest of which is 125m long with its ceiling about 2m high above the water. The boats are typically rowed by one or two local women who also sell embroidered goods.
Hoa Lu was Vietnam’s capital city in the 10th and 11th centuries. The area is one of the rice fields broken by picturesque limestone mountains and is approximately 90 km south of Hanoi. It features several dozen monuments, including Dinh Tien Hoang Temple; Le Dai Hanh Temple; Dinh Tien Hoang Tomb; Le Dai Hanh Tomb…. Morning, we meet the tour guide and driver at 8h00 then travel to the Southward of Hanoi to Ninh Binh province. We first visit Hoa Lu ancient capital then stop at a local restaurant for lunch. After lunch, we take a sampan along the Ngo Dong River to visit 3 caves Hang Ca, Hang Hai, and Hang Ba. Enjoy the most beautiful time of the trip then back to Hanoi in the end of the day.
Day 4: Hanoi – Halong Bay (B, L, D)
Halong Bay, “the Bay of Descending Dragon” is located in the Northwest of Vietnam, with more than 1,500 square kilometers belonging to Quang Ninh Province in the Gulf of Tonkin. It was recognized by UNESCO as a World Natural Heritage for its universal values of landscape, geology, and geomorphology, respectively in 1994 and 2000. It also accommodates many fishing communities with a population of more than 1,600 people. The residents live on floating houses and boats, making their own lives by fishing and aquaculture.
Morning, we depart to Halong Bay through the Red River Delta of Vietnam. Arriving at the pier at midday, we move to the boat with the welcome of the crew team. After that, we have our lunch while cruising deeper into the Bay. We stop to visit Thien Cung cave and pass hundreds of islands and islets. Later today, we travel back to Hanoi.
Day 5: Departure Hanoi (B)
We are free at leisure for last minutes shopping and our awaiting vehicle takes us back to the airport for our flight to home. Trip ends. Thanks for joining Hanoi tour with us!
