It’s 1,5km long, from junction Cau Giay – Nguyen Phong Sac to Pham Van Dong intersection, passing Teacher Training University, National University. This new name was given in January, 1998.
Xuan Thuy (1912 – 1985), born in Tu Liem district. He was a Vietnamese politician. He was the Foreign Minister of North Vietnam from 1963 to 1965 and then chief negotiator of the North Vietnamese at the Paris Peace talks, which ended the Vietnam War in 1973.
