It’s 1,6km long, from Pham Van Dong to Nguyen Phong Sac road, passing E hospital. This is new street named in August, 2005.
Tran Cung (1899 – 1995), born in Thai Binh province. He was a revolutionary activists of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
