It’s 500m long, runs along La Khe canal, from the front of Chua Ngoi bridge, cuts Ngo Thi Nham street, to nearby La Khe ward.
Ly Tu Trong (1913 – 1931) or Ly Huu Trong, born in Thailand. He was a patriot, a communist of Vietnam.
