It’s 350m long, from Giai Phong road to Giap Bat street. This new name was given in January, 1999.
Kim Dong (1929 – 1943), born in Cao Bang province. He is a Nung ethnic minority boy who fought with the Vietnamese resistance against the French. He was shot and killed by French enemy while on his duty.
